Anyway more Zegapain tonight. Shit's gonna be crazy. Maybe. I've never really watched it before. But there should be cliff-hangers. I think... maybe...

I'm actually thinking of showing 2x2=Shinobuden for the next comedy. It's been a while.

I have decided 2x2=Shinobuden will be the next comedy. Xard, I have downloaded Arakawa Under the Bridge which I've heard good things about (despite half the subs being kind of so-so).

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Instead of our usual programming we will be doing a special Christmas anime extravaganza! This will be a nearly 5 hour event with plenty of merriment to be had. The key feature that will be shown in the middle is the late Satoshi Kon's Tokyo Godfathers. Be sure to tune in! =D

Yup, I feel like watching something new so Panty & Stocking it is. We can always watch 2x2=Shinobuden later. Expect a whole bag of hilarious sex jokes and obnoxious raunchy humor tonight courtesy of Gainax. I'd say we're due for some of their trolling by now.

Okay totally didn't see your post, Saka. Anyway I have the Christmas Extravaganza somewhere but it and many weeks of shows are still not in the archives. I was working with krizz on figuring out how to split these strangely formated flv files. We were making progress with muxing and going from flv to mp4 to mkv but can't seem to get the split mkv files to then convert to mp4 without the audio getting out of sync. It's pretty annoying. Also, we didn't watch the Love Hina Christmas Special. We did watch the awfultastic Itsudatte My Santa though.


Oh and since noone bothered signing up for the twitter notifications and my current method of spamming whoever I see in chat or IM seems to work well enough I will be dropping twitter unless asked otherwise.

So besides the archives lacking proper updating does anyone have any thoughts on the anime club or suggestions? Also we'll be needing a new show to replace Arakawa Under the Bridge come Tuesday. Suggestions?

Haha no I haven't done ToraDora yet. I haven't really done much of the drama romcom yet (the closest I think we've had was Seto no Hanayome but that was more based in comedy imo). The time slot that I'm replacing typically has interesting or alternative shows in it. Past shows in the first time slot include Princess Tutu, Paranoia Agent, Kaiba, Windy Tales, Twin Spica, Read or Die, Katanagatari, and Arakawa Under the Bridge.

I seem to remember people recommending Bakemonogatari. I'm not sure if that falls into the interesting/alternative slot well though as I haven't watched it.
