Bingo! It's from the OP. God I love it. Interesting approach on making an all CG anime but they still need to work on character animation and adding more frames before it stops looking rigid.

Oh my god, it's Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou - Quiet Country Cafe. You have good taste, zzeroparticle. They seriously need to get a high budget animation studio on making a complete and uber detailed conversion of that wonderful manga. It had some great OVAs but it's just not nearly enough.

Yes! I've been recommending Asatte no Houkou to a couple of people around here. Very similar feel to Twin Spica. Excellent shows.
