I'm going to preorder it again from Capcom's website if they do a cool deal like last time.

I don't think they'd release it in Japan without that extra episode, guys. The game is out on GBA after all. What's it worth to just port it to DS just for a touch screen interface if they already have the game? I'm betting this is just news that the game will have a new episode. It doesn't say that the Japanese aren't getting this new episode as well.
However, I do strongly agree that you should buy the US release of this game so that we can get the 3rd and 4th games over here too even if you do decide to import it to play it early. There's nowhere I can't reach.

Guys, I imagine Capcom will allow you to preorder the game off of their website again like last time.
I got a whole mess of free goodies when I did that for the first game. It was very righteous. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
