what I do is put my pants on after I put on my shirt and button my pants over the shirt. of course, this might feel tight. so what do you do? you lift up your arms and stretch. Your shirt should pull up out of your pants a little bit, leaving you with a tucked-in, yet comfortable shirt. AND you won't look like a balloon.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
