I ate insane amounts of salt. I was on a quest to find the most saltiest tortilla cheaps at the cheapest price, and always bought the most saltiest foods in quanity. Cup noodles were my best friends.
But I heard it kills your pallette and taste buds. Then I stopped cold turkey. Even the slightest saltiness i sense and it irritates me, i add more rice.  Jam it back in, in the dark.
