When I was about 10 my cousin and I were trick or treating in my grandparents' neighborhood. Everything seemed perfectly normal as we walked up to an old lady in a lawn chair in her driveway handing out candy, but then a man in a scary pig mask wearing a stained wifebeater came running out of the dark garage waving around a leaf blower, which we automatically assumed was a chain saw. We nearly pissed ourselves and took off running.
