I started working out again when I had a required PE class in June and I've been keeping up with it since. I work out three to four times a week and I do cardio, weights, and abs in each workout. I change my weight training focus on different muscle groups with each workout. For example, yesterday was legs, hips, and butt day and tomorrow will be arms, chest, and back day, then legs, hips, and butt again the day after (I had too much crap to do to workout today and often have a lot of work, hence three to four workouts a week instead of five or six).

So far I've lost 5% body fat and gained about ten pounds in muscle, which I think I gained mostly in my freakishly strong, yet still feminine-looking, legs.

My diet is pretty healthy and has been for about three years now. I'm not really a health food freak: I just don't like the way that junk food tastes. I stopped eating junk food years ago and now it tastes like crap when I eat it.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
