Hi there,

I have been thinking lately about ripping some DVD's to Xvid/Divx file, but I have no single clues which is the best program out there who can do the job for me, so I need help from you guys (you guys are pro with everything here :P).

If there is any guides how I should do step by step.

Could someone of you give me the link?

Is there any tutorial guides for using the meGUI? since you are saying it's very good, I would like to try!

Sorry for bringing this thread up, but I have a problem according to the audio input when I'm trying to encode the audio from meGUI.

When I clicked on "enqueue" and thereafter start. I get the status "error". Why's that?

I used neroAacenc. exe as audio input.

Help would be great!

Well, I have followed everystep from the link you gave me.

I used "NeroAac.exe" as a "audio input" and the encoder settings is "Nero AAC: *Scratchpad*. I want to encode it to .avi.

Everything seems like it's running smooth except for the audio part.

Sorry for the late message! I have been busy for few days.

When I tried to click on Autoencode, I get a message which says "Problem with video input filename: The path is not of a legal form".

What am I supposed to do? First I did click on tools---> D2V Creater and, I checked the box on "Demux All Tracks" thereafter I clicked on browse next d2v Project Output, and then I clicked on "queue" and on the main windows of the MeGui I clicked on the "Queue" tab and start.

Did I do something wrong...?

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

This is wierd... I did follow exactly as you instructed me. When I tried to watch the movie, I get a really wide screen + the picture is messy + no sound at all.

Why's that?

Media player classic. Oh I forgot that I encoded it to .avi instead of .mkv.

Is that the problem with the encoding?
