Hot temperatures

The hawaii weather in my town isn't so bad during the summer. Infact I think its great, if you can ignore the tropical rains. It rarely breaks 90°F (its mostly been in the high 70's here) but the humidity is almost always above 70%. So yeah, it feels rather hot to most people.
The desert/mountain area of the island is a different story ._.
Since I am stuck at the summit most of the time the evening temperatures are hanging right around freezing. During the day the temperatures are a bit more normal, around 65°F. Though the very low humidity, sunburn inducing sun, low pressure, and the oddly cold winds makes it feel unbearable in my opinion. Ugh, its so dry.
