The last thing you should be doing is asking for a diagnosis in a online forum. The best we can do is scare you into thinking you have some rare and exotic disease. I think you know that too.

Like everyone else is saying, go to a clinic and schedule an appointment. From your given symptoms it could simply be your body telling you that you've been under a lot of stress lately. Or one of the worst cases, you have the beginnings of what may be the Shingles .
So um yeah, see a doctor.

Not necessarily, Shingles can appear with or without any kind of rash. One of it's main symptoms is the tingling sensation to painful needle-like feelings you get in the affected area. Though a rash will appear eventually.
I'm only bringing up this infection because I did have a co-worker who had the same reaction. Except the sensation he was experiencing was painful to the point where he couldn't work until he got treated for it.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
