I keep forgetting to call my ISP for any free upgrades. But for 40 dollars a month it's not bad.

It seems my ISP made a silent upgrade~
 Gah, these flash-based speed testers are kinda wacky. After doing 5 tests that was best my connection could muster. A lot of the other test servers were much worse, basically thinking I have a 1mb/128kb connection ._.  This looks about right. I still have a 5mb download connection but my upload speed practically tripled! I usually upload things at 40~45KB/sec, now I'm cruising at 120~130KB/sec. As a ftp op this is total win. I know, it's nothing compared to what you guys in California or New York are getting at similar prices. But you got to keep in mind that I am in the middle of the pacific ocean. Technology here is scarce! There's nowhere I can't reach. |

So, according to your results your speeds are around: 682 KB/sec when downloading 120 KB/sec when uploading This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |

Just replaced my 5 year old cable modem earlier today. I got tired of the dropped connections :U
Speeds still look decent for a Hawaiian connection.  I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
