If I'm out working and going all over the place I'd say I shower twice a day (one quick 5 minute shower in the morning and the usual full wash down in the evening.) On a off day one shower in the evening is more than enough. But why twice a day? Its Hawaii, depending on the weather just standing around might cause you to break a sweat. Its always humid here.
I blame all those shots the military gave me  . My last flu well more like stomach flu happened about 2 years ago. I was basically bedridden for 3 days then jumped back to work/school. Otherwise the worst thing I've got lately was a runny nose from light volcanic dust a couple months ago.Jam it back in, in the dark. |
