I have a Dell 2400 which was the latest and best model from the company at the time it was released(2004). You have the better model.

I've had to change my card three times to run Oblivion to atleast *low quality* levels and that says something. From MX 440 -> geforce 5500 > geforce 6200OC. MY PSU is 135/233vlz, the 6200OC requires 250. I'm not fucking with that red switch on my PSU >_>.

Basically Jazz, Dell computers are designed to outlast cockroachs. They are not designed to be PC gaming machines.


Oh man ._. didn't realize this is a semi old thread. Oh well, I figure some info from another dell user would help. I'm not suggesting buying a more powerful computer. Just the truth you know..Dell owners are screwed in this department.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
