Job Hate

If you're a Kroger employee then you probably know that this is one company every employee would love to see go under because I sure do. Here's a rundown:

»Store managers like to nitpick at things to make you stay longer.
»If you are in a 600 series store you're screwed over.
»Somehow, someway you will work on Christmas. Either after 12:00AM or later on, but you will not have a full christmas day off.

»They will work you 11 weeks in a row with 40 hours and then cut you to 32 so you do not qualify for benefits. Better hope you never get sick because they will not give you time off if you have the flu or something or hurt your back. They have every department setup where you will not have adequat help or always short on help.

»You will be expected to work on your days off when asked.
»You will not be allowed to take your vacations because of the lack of help I mentioned in the note above. Instead you can cash in your vacation check.

»They love to waste time. Overtime will be your friend.

I work overnight and since december I've been working 65-70 hours a week. Thats 13 hours a day folks and to say it again I work overnight. Yea that overtime is not healthy but Kroger doesn't care. This company sucks, nobody is happy working for them.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
