MagiPoka (as it's often shortened to) is a currently running series that tells the story of the everyday life of four princesses from the World of Magic who are oblivious to the happenings in everyday life in the human world. It's a Slice of Life/Comedy show with a bit of Ecchi thrown in for good measure (hahaha japan).

Characters

Uma could be considered the main character of sorts. She's a happy-go-lucky witch, though she isn't all too good at spellcasting. She's the most oblivious of the group, and when pointing out her findings to the others, is dissapointed to find she's usually the last to find out about things.

Pachira is a vampire, although she can be found eating normal food as well as thirsting for blood. She does have typical vampire weaknesses, such as reactions to garlic and daylight. She hates her breast size and can be usually found wandering around the city causing trouble for herself.

Liru is a werewolf with an energetic personality and the ability to leap great distances, much like any other werewolf. She dislikes silver and loves meat. She appears to be the most level headed of the group, but even she finds her ways of getting into trouble.

Aiko is a cyborg who performs all the chores and other duties around the house. She weighs over 300kg and is very quiet and reserved.

Together the four girls manage to cause extreme hijinks, from trying to get the attention of a mailman to overordering from TV informercials. The show is being subbed by GIVEMEBLOOD and FROTH-BITE (GMB is currently ahead), and there are 11 episodes out as of 6/17/06.

If you're unsure about it, I'd definetely reccomend you download and watch episode one. It's highly worth it. Otherwise, dive right in and get em all. ='D

Hahaha awesome, can't believe I got you guys watching this. Seriously, I know I'm MEGA HOOKED, because Liru is made of extreme win. Her playing Umas #1 fan/show helper in Episode 6 had me rolling. Every time they scrolled the crowd she'd have that XD look on her face.

And as Lace said, this show wins so much for being random and just crazy as hell.

The soundtrack comes out at the end of July. Either myself or Nipponsei will have ripped it around then.

with Uma actually doing something RIGHT for once. Also hay fever for the hilarity win.

Overall the series definetly provides some awesome entertainment (and far too many laughs), and I'm pretty sure Liru and Pachira agree it's over all too soon. ;_;

Alright guys, my soundtrack came in the mail and I finally got a chance to rip it. =o I owe a huge thanks to Bigblah for translating the track titles and artist names.
