[Anime] The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Personally I like the novel better than the anime, but I have to applaude that these 14 eps of anime sticks closely with the novel with not much deviation!

Waiting for novel 11 to come out in the mean time I have my fingers crossed for 2nd season

There has been speculations that there 'might' be Haruhi Live Action in plan (from 2ch). It was some how hinted after the announcement of Negima Live Action by Star Child... I am still looking for the transcription of that interview, so not sure if thats true or not.

But if it is, then I am looking forward to it

The 070707 event got the whole Haruhi fanbase excited, also here in Osaka, you can see posters of Haruhi 2nd wave almost everywhere >_< (Especially in the trains)

Dang... I was a bit late about knowing the release of "Suzumiya Haruhi no Gekisou" DVD!

I called up all the shops around Akihabara today and all the shops sold out. And found some on ebay for ridiculous prices + art book... so my question is did anyone get their hands on a copy of the LE DVD? If so, is it worth it? I have already put down my order and it will be shipped on 22nd August at earliest

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
