In my place, constructions take place way too often with no results...
In short, they just dig out (almost every) roadsides, using mundane reasons like 'to check underground cable connection', 'to check water pipes', etc. With an ultimate result: roads with holes in them, which they don't bother to repair at all. And fucking furious people who keep on pressing the horn in their frustration of endless road blocks. Damn projects. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
