Use of Fonts in publications?

I've been writing a novel.
Since I doubt any publisher would pick it up (though it seems like danish publishers would publish any shit these days), I've been looking at self-publishing.
I've found a company who specialises in this stuff. However, one of their demands is that I've got the right to use the fonts.
Now, if I write my stuff in, say Arial or one of the fonts included in Windows, who's got the right? Can I use them, seeing as I've bought a licens of Windows? Or should I find a free "do the hell with it as you want"-font from the 'net?
