I just listen to very heavy metal and either try to sing along or crank it so loud that passing out would be the only way of possibly getting to sleep or sing along... or both at the same time. If the setting demands that I don't bust out the heavy, then just anything that I can sing along with usually will suffice. Usually playing guitar at excessive volumes will also get the job done.
Basically my aim is just to make it impossible to go to sleep, no real willpower involved here. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
