You had me right up until the ketchup, than it went down the shitter pretty fast.

I like mine medium, with maybe some A1 or HP sauce but only as a tasteful garnish, no overpowering the meat.

I was not condoning the use of ketchup, I was saying the whole thing looked good until the mention of it. I hate ketchup when it's out of place, like on eggs or steak.
