The closest thing I can think of are the Dragon Quest IV, V and VI In Brass -records. They're played by a symphonic wind orchestra (= wind instruments, percussion and a contrabass).
I've yet to hear any video game music played by such "harmonic orchestra" as you call it. I'm intrigued by how it would sound, though, as I've never heard any stuff played by it. Of course stuff by a smaller ensemble exists, but not the one you initially asked for. Jam it back in, in the dark.
