Not counting hardware, since their high price tags are a given.
Metal Gear Solid 2 Sons of Liberty. I payed 75 EUR for it, which is roughly the equivalent of 95 USD. It wasn't a special edition, just a normal new game from a normal store at release day. PAL <3 Jam it back in, in the dark.
