Yes, Roku and Greeder are correct. The pic is from Death Note, the scene as Ryuk marvels over how much Light has already done.

Not sure of this "level" thing since it seems to have been put in just recently or something. I guess you'll need to be at at least level 2 to be able to post pics? Are you trying to link from an external site?
