A fun challenging puzzle

I didn't see any puzzles here... sucks, I was kinda looking for them. But here goes, if you like math and have a lot of time on your hands.

On Abracadabra Avenue, there exist 80 houses, all numbered 1-80. Three people, named A, B, and C live somewhere on this street.

Now, a few facts.

-The three of them live in ascending order, ABC. Meaning, A has the smallest number of the three, and C the largest. Like, say the numbers were, at random, 12, 39, and 56, A would live in 12, and so on... yeah.
-None of the three people are aware of the above fact, however.
-Although A, B, and C don't know where each other lives, they all have been acquainted with each other. A thinks that B always tells the truth and C always lies.
-B thinks C always tells the truth and A lies.
-C thinks A tells the truth and B lies.

Now, one day they are having a discussion about where they live. Each of them state (not nescessarily correctly or in any pattern of honesty) whether their house is a square number, a multiple of 4, or above 23.

After they all make their statements, A says to the other two, "I think I know both your addresses, but I don't know which is which".
B says to A, "I think I know where you live".
C says to B, "I think I know where you live".

Following that, they all state their supposed guesses, every single one of which happens to be wrong. Not only are they all incorrect for what they guessed, but all of the numbers that were said don't even belong to ANY of the three.
However, one of the numbers that were guessed is 8 times a number of a house that one of them lives in (not necessarily the one it was guessed for).

Based on that info, you should be able to determine the addresses of A, B, and C on Abracadabra Ave.

Also, if there's such thing as a spoiler tag on this board or something to hide what you say, please use it if you have the answer... if not, just go with the background color.

Have fun!

Eh... nice try, but that's wrong. I'm interested in knowing how you got to that though.
