On the game's soundtrack, that track is titled "War Upon the East Frontier". Although, the version you uploaded loops as it plays in the game, and the soundtrack version adds a guitar and has sort of an arranged ending to the song following the first time through. So the two tracks aren't quite the same. But that is the title of it!
