I'm not sure if this would be better in Political, since it really boils down to a question of the justice system.
Yes, you're still going to be tried for murder. But will you get off, or have a very reduced sentence? Depends on the jury, probably, and how good your lawyers are, and if you're justified in killing them instead of just forcibly restraining them. Why kill someone if you can just disable them?
It sounds kind of like you're just trying to find a situation where it's socially acceptable to murder someone, and if that's your motivation, I'd suggest joining the military.
