I have played a demo of both the Wii version and the XBox 360 version. Both are amazing. The controls on the Wii version are really simple and the game has an instant charm. The one on the XBox has the fiddly controls inherited from Adventure 2. The Wii's outing into the Sonic world is awesomely smooth and very very pretty. Its noticably faster and cleaner than the 360 one.
(I work for a Video games magazine if your wondering in the UK, thats how I have played the Wii version). Personally I think Sonic is coming back big time and im probably gonna buy the Wii for Sonic alone, as Mario Galaxy is not the best game I have ever played. Shame they went for gimmicks and lost marios charm. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
