Since my thread got me some hate in chat, I'll just throw out some ideas. (Ideas other than 'this seems like a useless feature')
-You can't message people who appear offline, but are actually online. However, they can send out messages themselves. -Can you disable the system so that new people with less than 15 or 20 posts can't use it? Seems like a good call to prevent spam. -Disable images and smilies. (Trust me on this). -Blah had a good idea of merging the PM and paging systems. If someone paged me, and my pager was turned off, could I get it as a PM? Less obnoxious and lets the system still work even if some people have it disabled. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
