Dear God, Lufia 2. I won't say that it has good gameplay, because it sure as hell doesn't. Whoever says it does is a fucking liar. However, the ending probably clouds everyone's memory.

What this guy said. You, Mr. Xiao, are the fucking liar. Lufia II had tremendous game play, and it was an absolute blast. One of the best SNES RPGs, and that's saying something.
Every battle was a torture. Sure, IP techs were an interesting concept that became "limit breaks" and whatnot. Capsule monsters were a curio at the start but became pretty boring at the end. The only saving grace was the puzzles and there weren't enough. The story was also not as interesting as FFVI, which was released a year earlier.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
