I know it's possible with videos from YouTube, but I'm not sure if the system is compatible with any other site. Anyway, to make it work, simply link to the video, and surround it with "YouTube" tags. Like so.

I'm pretty sure you're just going to need to link to the video, unless Bigblah decides to code a similar embedding program for videos of all types, which I don't see happening too soon. That sounds like a big project, to me.
