It would have been more believeable if you had said EA/The Galactic Empire. They are one of the only companies large enough (disposable income and manpower) to make thier own console. I'm not saying they should do it, or that it would be a good idea, but they COULD do it if they wanted.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
