We use Skin-So-Soft, too. I don't think there was ever a time in my life when we didn't have it in the house, but it works great. Whenever we notice mosquitos around we put spray some on and pretty much never get bitten.

Most of the time we can keep those bastards out of our house with a few mosquito punks and citronella candles. We don't have much of a problem (we live next to a canal/stream but it doesn't seem to affect anything) with them but we get rid of them as fast as possible because we don't want them biting our dogs.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I can't really say much about the sand fleas, never encountered one myself. Got lotsa mosquitos, though. I always hear about them, especially from my friends on neighbor islands. We're lucky 'cause the mosquitoes seem to hate our punk/citronella fortified house. I remember we had a bad outbreak of dengue fever a few years ago, too.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
