Surge protector not grounded?

If your surge protector says so, just call the power company and see what they say. Surge protectors should provide some protection reguardless. But if you really want to be sure, just make sure the power company says it's okay. Honestly, I never had this problem with three-pronged outlets.
You could always buy a line conditioner to make sure the power output is always constant if you're unsure.
