3rd Super Robot Taisen α -To the End of the Galaxy- Original Soundtrack - ANOTHER TIMEDIVER has that SRT drive I've become accustomed to (I haven't yet devled into the series' discography, but I've heard a few tracks!) and it's got a pretty solid, rockin' melody to boot! Nice~

I've never been a fan of Katamari Damacy music. Beautiful Katamari Damacy Original Soundtrack "Katamari Suteki Damacy" - Sayonara Rolling Star isn't an exception; it just seems so colourless and empty to me. The vocals have an ethereal quality which is nice to an extent, but the rest of the composition kind of just drifts about, trying to sound pretty. (sorry nom~!)

Fighting Layer / Arika - Tetsuo Kato (Fighting Layer Arrange Version) is also fairly standard. I appreciate the production quality and instrumentation, and there are some nice riffs, but nothing really engages me. Decent, but way too tame and standard for my liking.

I still haven't checked out this doujin arragement of the wonderful December Where there is No Angel OST... ixion - Even so, I've come to like someone -cooperate- is, in one word, stunning. The melody is carried throughout the different phases (chiptune, piano etc) with such clarity and succinctness, all while maintaining a feeling of warmth and amicability. Wonderful, 2 points+ for sure.

8-) *tee-hee* Neon FM: Dance Radio (Game Rip) - Girlz Buttz is one of those tracks that you feel like you should or must like, if only for the weird title. Fortunately, the music is pretty fun as well! So, here's hoping I can give this one a score (...). Also, 1:50 =

Speed Racer (Game Rip) - Thunderhead is OK, I guess, if a bit underwhelming. The drive and intensity is pretty good, and the demonic-stamp-percussion (1:08) is arguably the most awesome part of this week. So yeah, OK, but nothing special (excluding 1:08 awesomeness).

A big, fat ^__________^ for Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose! (Game Rip) - Buster Sky-Jinks. Not only is it bundled with infectious nostalgia, but the music is also pretty great. Innocuous, humble etc; you can't possible dislike this track. A very cute, nice, easy listen, that's for sure.

I don't like the VM Japan OST, to put it simply. Waay to in-your-face-Asian, and none of the track showcase the trademark JDK compositional expertise. VM Japan Original Sound Track - Warriors in particular fits this generalisation. The blend of electronica and Asian is bland, awkward and basically not executed very well. So yes, I'm not a fan of Asian music in general~ (audio-racistz lololol)

is it just me, or does that POINT sound asian?! >=|

3 points: ixion - Even so, I've come to like someone -cooperate-
1 point: Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose! (Game Rip) - Buster Sky-Jinks
1 point: 3rd Super Robot Taisen α -To the End of the Galaxy- Original Soundtrack - ANOTHER TIMEDIVER
1 point: Neon FM: Dance Radio (Game Rip) - Girlz Buttz
5th: Speed Racer (Game Rip) - Thunderhead
6th: Fighting Layer / Arika - Tetsuo Kato (Fighting Layer Arrange Version)
7th: Beautiful Katamari Damacy Original Soundtrack "Katamari Suteki Damacy" - Sayonara Rolling Star
8th: VM Japan Original Sound Track - Warriors

A decent week. Lots of rockin' DRIVE, which is always/usually good~

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Warriors beat ixion. Well I'll be. I'm a bit =S at the results this week, but...at least Sky-Jinks placed! ='D

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Well, in hindsight I should probably have given Sky-Jinks 2 points instead of 1 because that section starting at around 30 seconds is awesome and cute and ridiculously pompous at the same time. <3 [munchkin march!]

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
