I generally don't re-read or re-watch anything in particular, at least not the whole way through. I will go back and watch memorable episodes or moments again just to see it, but other than that there are so many new or unwatched titles that if you want to progress to new stories you can't really go back to what you've already read or watched.

Though interestingly enough, Suzuka is about to become the first anime that I've watched AFTER reading the manga. I already know what's going to happen, but in this case there's special circumstances. The events going on there are very similar to events going on in my life now, so watching it occur holds special meaning to me.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
