My Christmas lights lasted until February or March last year for a multitude of reasons. Laziness was the primary cause, but I also enjoyed having the festive lights up as a change of pace. I was a little curious to see if anyone would actually complain after a couple of months too, but no luck there.
It was tempting to do that again this year, but the green lights burned out before Christmas, the yellow right after, and the blue went out last night. So now I've just got flashing red lights on my balcony making my apartment look like the Love Shack. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
