The motherboard/chassis in there are of the form BTX. Now, they do make power supplies specificially for BTX boards/cases, but any ATX should work.
Assuming this (I've never had to replace a power supply on a Dell before), I would highly recommend this Thermaltake 430W PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817153023 Unless there is a smoking deal on another decent PSU, it's just about the only one I'll use anymore.
