Beginner DvD
Hey all. I have a DVD burner and I have never been able to use it. I download alot of anime and want to make some dvds of it, but I don't know anything about burning. I tried once and it said I needed something to convert it. I got something (.avi to divx or something like that) and did what it said but then it said it still couldn't burn it. I have Nero 6 (it came with my compuer) and something called Power DVD. I was wondering if you guys could point me in a good tutorial direction. I have looked some up, but it's like they are talking a different language. Also, when I burn a dvd, does that mean I can watch it on my TV's dvd player? Or can I only watch it on my computer. This is uncharted waters for me and I would love to learn what you guys could teach.
Thanks, Annalee Jam it back in, in the dark. |

You could also take a look @ http://www.dvd-guides.com/content/category/3/79/59/ (sorry, no URL, I still don't have enough posts ^^; ). I wanted to split a dual-layer DVD movie into 2 to fit into single layer DVDs (still got an old recorder) and one of the tutorials helped a lot.
