cheapest 19 inch monitor that I can buy
This is what I need, a very cheap and new 19 in monitor from any store. It can be widescreen or regular. With or without rebates.

Why not peruse Newegg.com? It'd most definitely have more reviews per product than you'd ever land here, to be honest.
Your could at least look here for some recommendations if you really want it store-bought. There's nowhere I can't reach.

I know your wanting a cheap model but make sure it has a good short response time otherwise you may experience ghosting while gaming.
