Super Mario Advance 4 e-reader Levels
Hey, I had a question about some of the e-reader level cards that I was wondering if somebody could answer. First off, does anybody know where one might be able to find the wal-mart exclusive card or the one that came packaged with the game (I got a used cart by itself)? Those are the only two American level cards I'm missing, and they don't seem to show up on ebay usually. I also was wondering if people knew where to get the level cards that only came out in Japan (I believe there were 10 of them). Thanks in advance.
Jam it back in, in the dark. |
I think someone patched the rom of SMA4 which opened up the levels.
You could also try yahoo japan for the e-reader cards if you're anti-roms. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
So, there's levels that we didn't get, but still exist in the game?
I call bullshit on nintendo. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. It was lunchtime at Wagstaff.
Touching butts had been banned by the evil Headmaster Frond. Suddenly, Tina Belcher appeared in the doorway. She knew what she had to do. She touched Jimmy Jr's butt and changed the world. |

If you look at the Super Mario Advance 4 boards on GameFAQs, there's a discussion thread there that has a link to where you can download printable barcode scans of all the cards, US and JAP. Trying to get the printouts to scan right is very very hard, but I've gotten a couple to work...
(I don't have the link handy to the site myself though...sorry.) I was speaking idiomatically. |
Well the Walmart Exclusive Cards are impossible to find. You can try ebay if you want..but last time I only saw the whole factory sealed game for about $100. I was able to get a whole complete of all the US E-Reader cards on ebay a while ago for about $40, they included duplicates as well (Not the Walmart Ones). I wanted to add more levels...but No.....Nintendo decided to cancel the rest of the e-reader cards for the US
About the Gamefaqs link..it is very...and I mean...very psychotically difficult to get them to work. I have tried even with the best printer and best quality paper and still couldn't get them to work. Your best choice is just to use an emulator with the roms saves that they have right there. It's too bad Nintendo cancelled the rest of the series 3 and series 4, I wanted to use the boomerang item and play the remaining levels. If I remember there was more than 32 levels in total....that's why they had different save states... Why Nintendo....why where they cancelled!!!!!!!! LOL Have fun anyways... What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
