The ever so elusive sound clips...

I have have been playing the Guilty Gear series for a long time and I have always been a giant fan of Bridget.
Now with the release of Windows 7, suddenly changing audio themes on Windows became significantly easier.
My ambition is to make a Windows 7 audio theme that replaces most of the sounds that the computer makes when it logs on/signs off etc, with Bridget's voice clips.

I have been trying to find these voice clips online but I have yet to find it because most of the searches are drowned out by searches of the godly Guilty Gear music.

Since the version of Guilty Gear I play is on the pc, I tried looking in my game directory and I found a cinematics directory which had .mpg videos of the opening cinematics, closing cinematics, etc. I also found a music directory, which had about 84 .ogg files. When I opened these, I found out that they were all the game's background music.

After a while of searching, I found out that there was no easily obtainable voice clip files.

I deduced that the only other location these voice clips could be located in were theses mysterious(and fairly large) .bin files that I could not open after hours of searching different methods.
There were no other files in the directory othe than the cinematics folder, the music folder, the executable game and the program that edited the game controls.

Now I hope any of you guys could point me in the right direction.
I wish you guys could either:
1. Instruct me on how to open these .bin files and access the sound clips directly
2. Point me to where I can actually download Bridget voice clips
3. Or just tell me that my only choice is to go rip the sound from the sound test myself.

Thank you.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
