HTML / FLASH randomization
Ugh, I have a html/flash coding question.
A friend of mine is trying to embed a flash into a window as a progressive download (as he puts it and, actually multiple random ones), basically auto load, play, and on each refresh or visit, a different, random, flash video would play. Example here: PAM any ideas? thanks, etc etc. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
Wark! |
I think you can do this directly in flash or with javascript.
In flash: the easiest way that's on my mind now, it's to use a loader component. Name the files that you want to load after a pattern like - fileName1.swf, fileName2.swf... and then tell the loader component to load files randomly using Math.random() There's nowhere I can't reach. |
