Norton AntiVirus vs. uTorrent

I just upgraded my uTorrent to the latest version, and now my Norton AntiVirus "protection" keeps notifying me that there is an intrusion. It gives me Permit/Block, obviously I click Permit. But then after a few seconds, the message pops up again and again. And I have some belief that it's screwing up with my download speed. I used to go at 100+kb/s; now, it's around 0.5kb/s

I wish I knew how to disable the protection. I disable it, and it still runs... unless I'm doing it wrong? Does anyone know the name in Task Manager, so I can just close it manually?

Nevermind, I'm a dumbo.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
