First date experiences and ideas:
It's been a while since I've gone out with new people. Just basically sticking to my own group of friends and all that, but have been wanting to get out there and meet new people, whether it's just friends or more, but more so back into the realm of dating.
I'm not really a creative thinker, so I wanted to find out what ideas if any have you all had or done for first dates, whether it costs a lot of money or not, just something to get the ball going. Shoot, the only thing I've ever done in the past for first-time dates was just going out to see a movie and having dinner afterwards, boring shit like that. But it's always nice to think outside the box, or at least have someone help you see outside it. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
Really depends on where you live. If it's availabe try taking her on a handsome cab ride but it's true first dates are very important for the most part. First imporessions leave a lasting mark. You want her to be thinking about you until you next meet.
There's nowhere I can't reach. fish by any other name wouldn't be fish

Invite her over and show her your cooking skills! It worked for me!
![]() This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
if you live near the coast take her down to the beach to watch the sunset while chatting over coffee. that really worked well.
Go somewhere you can actually talk. movies: big no. you want to get to know each other and getting into a situation where you can't really talk to one another won't exactly help you win the person over. i think inviting someone over is a little too intimate for the first date. you want to keep a little mystery there so that the person is left wanting more. reserve your cooking skills for another day. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
I agree with the above.
You may want to go somewhere to chill and talk (it sounds boring but you are trying to get to know each other) - it could be to get ice cream or even for a cup of coffee. You can go to the zoo or some other social event where you can still give each other space without feeling confined and still enjoy each other's company. I was speaking idiomatically. |
What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? ![]() |

If she's an outdoors-type of person, you can have a game of paintball (but rig it so that she wins...).
I like the one Blackberry suggested as well. Very romantic. FELIPE NO |
