I'm one of the site admins. I started blocking certain IP ranges because they were placing excessive load on the server. Just give me your account name and password and I'll make an exception in the list for you.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Blackcats has gone paranoid and went into hiding. If you haven't checked your account in months, you've probably been pruned (not banned.) You'll need a referral(invite) to get back in.

I actually go on the site everyday and I did activate the new secret generated password they use. I just recently cleared my cookies and now its giving me this weird site haha.
