Resident Evil 5
Music4Games recently had the opportunity to interview the Resident Evil 5 Music Team;
Kota Suzuki – Composer, Sound Design Section, Capcom Tetsuya Shibata – Senior Manager Sound Management Section, Capcom Wataru Hokoyama – Additional Orchestral Music writer, Orchestrator and Conductor. Jam it back in, in the dark.

A very nice interview! Always enjoyable to learn about otherwise underexposed composers and it's really pleasing they're taking such an ambitious route with this score. I was impressed with Kota Suzuki's work on Devil May Cry 4 and Onimusha 3 so I'm sure he'll do a great job here.
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
Read that interview a few days ago. First vocal song in the BIOHAZARD series is intriguing news, though this could turn out pretty bad if they try too much. The score so far seems pretty nice to me. I just hope they keep the noise music, even without series veterans like Masami Ueda and Misao Senbongi.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
