Despite being totally hilarious, it's a little cruel.

I thought maybe there were cameras in the toilets or something. When i saw those pictures, i couldn't stop laughing.

What would be the purpose of that. To not make you take your time?

Man, this shit is hilarious. This wouldn't affect me that much though, as I always look down while I'm pissing at a urinal, and I hardly ever take a shit in a public restroom.

It's not a speech as such, if you look at the sixth picture you'll notice that it's a sign, possibly indicating please flush the toilet or something.
