PAL to NTSC
Heya,
I wanna change a movie from PAL to NTSC the easiest way possible 'cause I've never done it before and I'm rather newbie I know there is VSO - and I have done this before but they like cut the movie into "pieces/chapters" like a mnu... which doesn't flow nicely... unless I'm using it wrong  <--- is that new?Jam it back in, in the dark.  ^By Auro from the FFXII board...
