Dofus
![]() Game presentation: Dofus is a multi language MMORPG created by a French company called Ankama-Games. This game is coded in flash so it can be played on Windows, Mac and Linux without much problems. Dofus is set in a cartoonish-medieval fantastic world. There are a lot of references about music, games, movies, etc. "hidden" in the game for you to find or to laugh at. Aside from the regular monster bashing, you can also learn various jobs, such as tailor, smith or miner. That'll allow you to gather mats and create items otherwise inaccessible. "Why should I play this MMORPG instead of another?" you should ask. Well, unlike a lot of them, this one is actually a MMO tactical RPG. New content is added constantly to keep the game fresh for players of all levels. To learn more about it, there is always the homepage. I signed up for Dofus after seeing a TV special on it ages ago, but only played once. From what I remember the free content was incredibly small and you had to pay to basically leave town. Though the combat was interesting the frequency made it boring very quickly, especially since each time you had to wait for the special battle grid to pop up.
How ya doing, buddy? ![]() |
