Software to track bandwidth usage?

So my ISP is being anal and keeps on inventing new bandwidth usage rules and not telling it's customers. It also doesn't give me any way of keeping track of exactly how much I download/upload. Is there a FREE program out there that I can use to do this?

How ya doing, buddy?

I think Roph posted a program in this thread: http://www.gamingforce.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2628

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Thx a lot. It seems to do the job just fine.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
